Today is the dark 3.5 years separation anniversary when Boé left home. Now the question that she has problably never asked herself is:
Who has the most pain when a Spouse leaves: the one that leaves? Or the one left behind?..
She has always said that “it was very hard for her at the start“. But imagine the husband left behind that has to pick-up the pieces and make-up for all of this. The pain is so severe that the only way to go forward is to tell yourself every day: “it is going to be OK, she will be back!“
What does the Bible say about this?
Now I give this command for the married people. (The command is not from me; it is from the Lord.) A wife should not leave her husband. But if she does leave, she must not marry again. Or she should go back to her husband. Also the husband should not divorce his wife.
